About Our Coffee
Evans Brothers Coffee, located in Sandpoint, Idaho, was started by two brothers, Rick and Randy Evans in the summer of 2009. Drawing from over a decade of experience working for high end specialty coffee companies, it began with a vision to provide the Inland Northwest’s finest coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and coffee enthusiasts with sustainable artisan blends, single origin, and award-winning estate coffees. They dreamed this vision over long chair lift rides at Schweitzer Mountain.
Evans Brothers Coffee selections rotate based on optimal harvest seasons. They focus on organic agriculture and socially responsible sourcing, going above and beyond in our efforts to celebrate the uniqueness of various origins, individual coffee farms, and the people who produce our coffee. Their roasting style compliments and highlights these distinctive qualities.
While Evans Brothers Coffee in Sandpoint continues to evolve since it’s humble beginnings, its focus remains simple: to provide the highest quality coffee, roast it to exacting standards, and provide it fresh every week to their customers and wholesale partners. Their dedication is unwavering in this regard, and they continue to grow ever more passionate about our craft.

About Our Baristas
Big Blue Coffee Co. is home to one of two guilded baristas in the state of Idaho. Multiple staff members are currently pursuing the same training through the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Our staff works closely with our coffee roaster to stay on top of the latest coffee trends, brewing practices and espresso extraction processes.
