Giving Back – Finding Community
澳门王中王 has earned a reputation for clinically superior care delivered with caring and compassion. Volunteers at 澳门王中王 play an important role in maintaining that respected reputation. We are proud to have one of the strongest hospital volunteer programs in the northwest that includes both an adult volunteer program and a teen volunteer program for students ages 14 – 17 years old. Volunteers at 澳门王中王 make an important difference for our patients and staff members. They provide extra special touches like a friendly smile, help patients finding their way, and extra hands to make sure all the work is done. They also form lasting friendships with one another, staff members and patients. Many of our adult volunteers find fulfilment as they put their lifetime of skills and experience to work in a new way. Our teen volunteers appreciate the opportunity to get real-world, on the job experience while they consider their future career paths.

Interested in Volunteering?
To make sure you have the best experience possible, here are a few things to know about volunteering at 澳门王中王.
- Volunteers are important representatives of 澳门王中王. We are looking for people who share our commitment to providing kind, compassionate care to everyone.
- Most of our volunteer needs are Monday through Friday during normal work hours.
- Volunteering is not job shadowing.
- We cannot offer internships through our volunteer program.
- We cannot create a position based on personal or professional goals. We have specific volunteer roles that enhance the services we provide.
- To create consistency for our patients and staff, we ask volunteers to commit to serving for a minimum of six-months with 100 hours of service during that time. Most volunteers are here four hours per week, but we can always be flexible to accommodate your life!
- Some volunteers are snowbirds, so we only have them during the summers or winters. We can often accommodate this as long as people are committed to returning year after year.
- Before applying, please ask yourself, “Am I applying because I have a sincere drive to help?” and “Can I consistently commit to one shift every week?”
We are very fortunate to have many individuals interested in volunteering at 澳门王中王 —sometimes more than we have openings for. If we do not have an opening for you right away, we will keep your application on file and call you to schedule an interview when one becomes available.

Are you interested in 澳门王中王’s Teen Volunteer Program?
By becoming a teen volunteer at 澳门王中王, you will get the opportunity to work in a professional environment and learn about the health care industry while impacting the lives of patients and their families. Teen volunteer sessions are available throughout the year.
2024-2025 School Year Sessions:
- One four-hour shift per week during the school year. This can be completed on evenings or weekends. Orientation dates/times will vary. The school year session runs September 3, 2024 – June 6, 2025. We welcome you to join our team any time.
